Welcome viewers of Hannity’s America, here are links to more information about the Harry Knox scandal:

  1. Here is the petition you can sign demanding that Harry Knox resign
  2. Here is a partial list of Knox’s anti-Catholic comments
  3. Here is my post on Knox’s offensive anti-Catholic comments
  4. Here is the copy of the letter I signed demanding Knox’s resignation
  5. Here is an article explaining the science against Knox, and which supports what the pope said. Here is a second, a third, a fourth, a fifth…

If you want to keep up on news I think is important, follow me on Twitter, and join my Facebook fanpage.

I also work and blog for The American Principles Project, which defends and promotes our foundational American principles. Check it out!

Does anyone know how I can get myself officially excommunicated from the Catholic church?

If you are not a Catholic, you cannot. Excommunication applies to Catholics and essentially means that person cannot not take any of the Sacraments. If one is not a Catholic, it makes no sense to seek to be officially denied things that one has no interest in having in the first place. While there are societal ramifications of excommunication, its primary purpose is medicinal. Instead, I think it the time would be better spent reading the first link under point #5 about “risk compensation” and how the Pope’s position jives with reality.
