They have been given a platform here and have the chance to share with the world the Gospel message. Just like Tim Tebow or Roger Staubach (of "Hail Mary" fame). When you get to have the open ear of the world, take it and preach Jesus. And yeah. Oprah is going to get hung up on sex. Great!! Gives them yet another fantastic opportunity to preach the Truth about God and sex! That they aren't prudes for being nuns, but have lain their sexuality at the service of the Church just as priests do! I would worry if it were a lesser order, but I'm confident these Brides of Christ will be magnificent. Julie, I totally agree. But you're definitely right. The secular world has a warped view on the values of the Catholic Church and Oprah has proven that as a fact, i.e. "They gave up sex, a career and a family?!". Knowing the work and the mission of the Dominican Sisters, they will entice the viewers with their love for Christ.
